The lovely Rose Delight was inspired by a wedding request from a bride. Upon looking at the completed work, we knew that such a beautiful violin would be a perfect addition to our catalog. This model is slightly different flower & leaf placement then the original Rose Delight model

All orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Speed of turnaround time depends on the complexity of work involved and customization for each order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates in the USA: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international shipping: We offer international shipping at a rate that is assessed at check-out. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rozanna's Violins is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In-Store pick-ups: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Checking the status of my order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, simply ship the violin back to the above listed New York address. Should the return be as a result of damage during transit. we’ll send you a return shipping label for the product return . Please note, all orders are inspected numerous times before shipping. Should the customer believe that the issue is due to damage incurred during transit, it will be necessary to show proof in the form of photos of box used for shipping upon arrival and photos of instrument itself. If the box seems damaged upon receipt it may be necessary to open the box in front of the delivery person, to verify damage that occurred in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain instruments cannot be returned if they are a custom, special order. This policy can only be voided if damage occurred in shipping and it can be verified that the damage occurred in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
